Sometimes I wish I could reblog porn.
Then I realize that it would become at least all of my blog, and a lot of the lovely people that follow me would unfollow me. Also, I don’t want to be a creep. And all the people that would follow me would be sex blogs and I don’t want that kind of audience.
And I want to become a teacher. Which is a public figure. Which means that this blog will have to go on private eventually, just to be safe. Just like my twitter, and Instagram, and Facebook, and any other social media site, because public figures can’t do anything that could be considered mildly taboo, or you will be crucified by literally everyone.I have good ideas for videos. I want to expand the followers I have, I want to share my ideas with the world. But any idea worth sharing, anything that deserves to be heard, anything that I want to be open about and talk about is bound to be controversial. And in the public eye, controversy gets you in trouble. Gets you fired. Gets you branded. Just because you serve the public shouldn’t mean that you have to be above the public. Okay. I think I’m wording that wrong. Just because you serve the public, shouldn’t mean that your message, your interests, and the things that you wish to pursue should be limited by the public when in general, my sexual preferences, or thoughts on the economy, thoughts on racism, sexism, terrorism, government, sociology, psychology, or anything like that, have little to no effect on the way I serve the public, particularly when they are expressed in something that is supposed to be a relatively anonymous/personal/private blog.
